Hello, I’m Daniel.
Daniel Wisarve

I turn complex digital challenges into practical business results.
I’m a business-focused digital leader, product owner and entrepreneur based in southern Sweden. For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of business, customers, people and technology.
The bigger picture
Business first. Technology when it creates value.
My work has taken me from sales and entrepreneurship to senior leadership and digital product development. I have built and exited an e-commerce company, led large commercial teams and developed shared digital platforms across independent businesses and complex system environments.
I enjoy creating clarity where needs, systems and priorities compete. My role is often to identify the real problem, establish direction and bring business teams, specialists and technology partners together around a solution that can actually be implemented and used.
What I focus on
Digital products
Turning business needs into clear priorities, roadmaps and useful digital solutions.
AI and automation
Finding practical applications that improve decisions, workflows and customer experiences.
Digital commerce
Connecting customer journeys, product information, PIM, master data and integrations to commercial results.
Leadership and change
Creating direction, engagement and progress across teams, companies and professional disciplines.
How I think
Technology is not the goal. The goal is to solve the right problem and create a result that people will actually use.
I believe in understanding before building, prioritising value over activity and following initiatives all the way from idea to adoption and measurable impact.
Beyond the work
Want to know more?
I live in Jonstorp, near Helsingborg, and grew up on the Swedish island of Gotland. Curiosity is a constant part of both my work and personal projects. I like understanding how things work, challenging unnecessary complexity and building simpler ways forward.
